Expect some news soon… As soon as Andrea, Travis and I find a couch for our new house we will have a housewarming party and I will have a cheese plate from a fancy cheese shop. Oh yes… oh heck yes.

You can never have too much cheese. I like taleggio - bit sticky, but very good for melting on things, and much tangier than mozzarella.
Failing that, why not try racing it?
